| “Habib Water”Habib Oil Mills Will supply 100,000 Litres of Water to National institute of Child Health Every Month |

| Habib Oil Mills (HOM) organized the launching ceremony of one of its products “Habib Water” in April 2007. This event was held at National Institute of Child Health, where the Director of HOM, Mr. Moidul Hassan, announced that his company will regularly supply 100,000 litres of Habib Water to NICH every month, free of cost. This is being done to prevent the children from getting affected by the harmful effects of polluted water. It is essential to note that according to Pakistan Council for Research in Water Resources 1,200,000 people in our country die as a result of drinking dirty water every year including 250,000 children less than five year of age. The Director of NICH Mrs. Afroze Ramzan appreciated the generosity shown by HOM in supplying free water to her institute. |

| Habib Oil Mills Donates School Van to J.S.Academy for Deaf |

| Habib Oil Mills (HOM) is well known for its quality products. But its social emotions are not hidden from any one as well. The ongoing social welfare activities of HOM indicate that the company is fulfilling its responsibilities as a good corporate citizen, besides being so successful in the corporate sector. HOM donated a school van for the children of the J.S. Academy for the Deaf. Mrs. Nasreen Jalil, the Deputy Nazim of Karachi, had graced the occasion. |

| This year HOM has donated a complete operation theatre in the new complex of Civil Hospital. |

| The name of this theatre is branded under the name of (Late) Mr. Manzurul Hassan, chairman of HOM. This operation theatre was inaugurated by Dr Seema Moidul Hassan. In the O.T.Complex, patients are given free treatment for surgery and various other ailments. By this gesture of humanity, HOM has contributed to the country and the Karachi City in a positive way. |

| Traffic Signs and Direction Boards |

| City Government with the sponsorship of Habib Oil Mills has placed numerous traffic signs and direction boards. The purpose of this activity is to create awareness among the pedestrians and the drivers and to prevent them from accidents. The purpose of the placement Direction/Indication boards is to give indication for the right direction and help them to reach their destination easily. |
