Rice soaked 1Kg,
Onions (Medium) 2 sliced
Ginger paste 2tbsp
Garlic paste 2tbsp
Yogurt 1/2 Kg
Milk 1/4 cup
Yellow Food Color 1/4 tbsp dissolved in 1/4 cup water
Habib Cooking Oil / Banaspati 1 1/2 cup

1- Fry onions in Habib Cooking oil / Banaspati until its golden brown and put aside in a bowl. Also take out half the oil from the pan and put aside. Now in the remaining oil / banaspati add meat, garlic and ginger paste into the pan and fry for 2 mins. Then add 1/2 cup of water and cook it for another 2 minutes.
2- Add yogurt, Habib Dehli Biryani recipe mix and half an onion to the meat and cook on low flame until meat becomes tender and the oil separates from the curry.
3- To make it spicier, add 6 to 7 green chilies in the curry after tenderizing the meat. Boil rice in 10 to 12 glasses of water with 3 tbsps of salt till half done and drain.
4- In a cooking pan add some oil and layer the rice, then layer the cooked meat and then layer the rice again. Add the milk and yellow food color to the rice, spread the remaining golden brown onion and oil on the rice cook it on the low flame. Delicious Habib Dehli Biryani is ready to eat. Serve with salad and Raita.
